2019 NFL Picks: The Nightmare Could Continue

No matter where you go, you just can't get away from Tom Brady and the Patriots winning Super Bowls. Will 2019 be yet another rerun on this NFL soap opera that is becoming stale?

You know by now how I feel about the NFL, and that’s before we get into how Roger Goodell has soiled most of the good things about it and how players are more at risk than ever. The Patriots have done their part to make the sport unwatchable, and Tom Brady, since he’s got six or seven years left in him, is going to continue his assault on the league. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t root and enjoy watching the other 31 teams compete for second-best, does it? Of course not. There are still some wonderful things about watching football, so here goes with my 2019 NFL picks, albeit a week late (nothing is changing for me, even though I fear the Patriots may go 16-0 again):
