Thursday Night Football – Eagles at Seahawks

Philadelphia (-3) at Seattle
Analysis: Maybe flying all the way to Seattle on a short week is just what the underachieving Eagles need. They were annihilated by the Patriots last week to officially kill the “Dream Team’s” playoff hopes. The Seahawks lost to the Redskins to also finish any faint hopes they may have had at a wild card run. Needless to say, 7-9 won’t win them the NFC West this year. Vince Young gets the call again for Philly, which means the Seahawks can expect at least one gift turnover. Whether they capitalize is a different story. The running backs will be the focus here, as LeSean McCoy and Marshawn Lynch are worth the price of admission. The Eagles should be able to rally together and get past a Seattle team that, outside of Lynch, is devoid of playmakers. The road team has won the past six games in this series. The pick: Eagles.
