Lucky Week 13! Can Top Teams Avoid Letdowns?

Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins are surging, having won four straight after a dismal 1-7 start.

Alright, it was a tough Sunday for me but still a winning week. Can top teams avoid letdowns here in Week 13? Let’s jump into a few picks:

Last week: 4-3

Season: 4-3

Minnesota (-7) at Detroit

Call me a glutton for punishment, but I’m going back for more! Yes, the Lions are winless (although they have a tie). But the Vikings have all the pressure here and no Dalvin Cook, and every week a winless team gets just a little bit hungrier. Minnesota is going to have to earn this one: Pick: Lions.

New York Giants at Miami (-6.5)

Quietly, the Dolphins are one of football’s hottest teams. They are facing a Giants team without its starting QB. Look for them to keep it rolling. Pick: Dolphins.

Denver at Kansas City (-9)

Can the Chiefs make it 12 straight vs. Denver? Last year in this spot the Broncos almost pulled the upset, and they have the defense to make it close once again. Pick: Broncos.

New England at Buffalo (-2.5)

Here we go again with the New England Super Bowl talk. But at the same time, Buffalo was supposed to be the top dog in the AFC East, right? After a midseason hiccup, I like the Bills to be the team to end New England’s winning streak at six games. Pick: Bills.
